‘The Work Stress Buster’ is a business designed to help busy workers maximise their productivity while minimising their pain.
I have strategically utilised experience as an occupational therapist (in the NHS for the past 12 years) and qualifications as a psychotherapist and master NLP practitioner to win new business.
Over the last year, I have delivered workshops called: ‘Work Smart – Your Time is of the Essence’. This interactive workshop, described by attendees as a unique take on your standard time and stress management workshops, empowers individuals to explore recurring stresses from new perspectives, using tangible strategies that enables the individual to identify new ways of moving forward.
By partnering with marketing executives to reach clarity about my unique value proposition and niche, a website designer to produce a quality website that reflects the quality of my work, and a business manager to mentor my growth and the strategic development of my business plan, I have developed exponentially.
I have networked extensively for the past few years and many fellow business networkers have attended my workshops. Their feedback has inspired my growth, which can be seen from a recent workshop video and attendees’ testimonials, LinkedIn recommendations and testimonials on my website.
Last but not least, I am actively seeking to export my business to new markets and have began to hold meetings with interested parties in Nigeria; my business was featured in the Lagos Guardian in April 2012.
