Awele Odeh is an Occupational Therapist (OT) working with deep:black, an Arts group to create a dramatisation of her reflections following a period of bullying & stress at work. These experiences affected her self-confidence and left her feeling she had nowhere to turn. The dramatisation will be shared with a live audience of mainly OTs to promote a discussion on workplace stress, how to manage it and to learn from the experiences raised by the drama. The focus of this will be on sharing and learning. It is acknowledged that unmanageable Stress in the workplace is a growing problem, and this showcase is an effort to shine a light on a growing issue that greatly impacts on one’s quality of life at work (and often at home too).

This event can count towards CPD.
